Coal Treatment is one of the Business Lines that offer products as well as services that are devoted to treating coal in the field, especially in the mining industry or industries related to coal handling, a system that handles unloading coal from ships/barges (Unloading Area) to the stockpile/storage area.
POLYCOAT series is a polymer and surfactant-based liquid product that functions as coal treatment (protection against heating and combustion), dust suppressant/dust control, and Total Moisture/TM maintenance.
POLYCOAT effectively protects oxygen absorption so that the process of self-heating and self-combustion can be inhibited.

SUPERCOAT is an emulsion white liquid product, a combination of surfactants and polymeric materials, which works to bind fine coal particles (fine coal), reduce dust/fine particles that cause dust, and protect against self-heating, protection against self-combustion and maintain coal quality.

Self Combustion occurs due to the absorption of oxygen/oxidation and the accumulation of heat/pressure that occurs in the stockpile, during shipping and transhipment to vessels. Self-combustion begins when the flash point is reached and the coal burns. Prevention is better than handling it after a fire occurs.
